I find the following conversation a bit on the annoying side:
"So, your engaged...set a date yet?"
"Yes, December 7th"
"wow, you have a date already? quick"
um.....just curious. Why did you ask if you didn't think I actually had one? Its like asking a hugely pregnant woman how she's feeling and then be suprised when she says tired or she feels huge. ugg.

I don't see why you WOULDN'T have a date set already. I mean, you have been talking about this and planning it for a while. Whatever. Some people's motto should be "Open mouth, insert foot."
That is a really weird thing to ask then say. I always think it's weird when the person doesn't have the date set, maybe I'm an oddball.
i also thinks it's weird when people don't have a date. i set a date the very night i got engaged. too weird not to.
Why not until December?
Gives us time to plan it and that was the day we started dating. :)
